The owner and operator of this website is the limited liability company under the name "P. ROUBOULAKIS TRADE OF CHEMICAL MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY" and the distinctive title "P. ROUBOULAKIS LTD", as legally represented, under the VAT no 095641949 of the A’ Athens Tax Office and GEMI number 2221101000. Our head office is located at 30 Socrates Street, P.C. 10552, Athens.

In the event of conflict between the General and Special Terms of Use, the Special Terms of Use shall prevail.

Any invalidity of some of these Terms does not result in invalidity of the rest. The non-practice by P. ROUBOULAKIS LTD of any of its rights under these Terms does not imply a waiver, nor does it bring about an implied abolishment of the Term. P. ROUBOULAKIS LTD shall bear no responsibility for violations of these Terms due to force majeure reasons, such as earthquakes, fires, floods, extreme weather events, strikes, etc.

Our liability in the case of a defective product is limited to the obligation to replace it in case the conditions for the return of products are met.

ROUMBOULAKIS LTD shall not be liable for any temporary or permanent failure to provide its services and shall not be liable to compensation for any failure or damage caused by cancellation or delays in the acceptance and execution of orders and in the delivery of the ordered products for reasons which may not be attributed to it, as, indicatively mentioned, force majeure, extreme weather, natural disasters, emergency situations, strikes, fire, courier malfunctions, accidental deterioration or destruction of the products before delivery to the user and after being shipped, unlawful interference by the counterparty or a third party, malfunction of the Internet Payment Processor (Bank) or the Host Provider or Internet Service Provider (ISP) or of the Access Provider or of the server of the user, incorrect provision of information on the part of the user and any incident in general that may impede the proper fulfillment of its contractual obligations.

The liability of the Company is limited to its contractual obligations towards the consumer and it shall make every effort to comply with them within reasonable time.

P. ROUBOULAKIS LTD shall not be responsible for the poor condition of the products on delivery, as long as it is not due to improper storage of the products by itself and provided that all required precautionary measures had been taken.

This online store provides the content (e.g. information, names, photos, illustrations etc.), products and services available through this site, "exactly as they are", without any warranty expressed or implied in any way whatsoever. Furthermore, P. ROUBOULAKIS LTD does not guarantee that the content of this site and the quality of the services provided through it shall meet the needs, requirements and expectations of its users / visitors. 8. Applicable law

The above Terms are subject to Greek law and shall be interpreted accordingly. In case any provision is declared null and void by the competent Greek court, it shall cease to be effective without that affecting the validity of the remaining Terms. Any dispute arising out of the use of this website or relating to these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens.
